Supervision
Corporate personnel give continuous supervision and work closely with assigned management at every facility. Further, Home Office staff members represent CMS on all issues that arise in the operation of the food service program.
Trained Management
CMS management personnel are properly trained in food service operations, and they are capable of meeting the requirements of managing their assigned facility.
Trained Team
CMS trains its food service talent, personnel such as production cooks, bakers, salad makers, and supervises their productivity to assure that an operation is efficient and effective.
Purchasing
All purchasing is done on a competitive basis with quality as a consideration. The Food Service Manager is responsible for all purchasing in an operation using buying guides consistent with corporate fiscal policies.
Equipment
All CMS Operations use standard methods of preparation including proper timing of food preparation as well as prescribed food produciton methods.

Founded in 1980, Culinary Management Solutions has been a leading force in the Restaurant Management Industry. With a client base in both the public and private sectors, Culinary Management has a vast depth of operational and managerial experience. As a result of this experience and an increase in demand for their core consulting business, the Board of Directors, decided in May of 2000 to form a division called Customer Management Services Company Inc. This division was to focus on the Silent Survey/Silent Shopper program. To date, the demand for the CMS Program has exceeded the expectations of the Board. Due to this demand, in a resolution dated September 2001, the board of directors authorized the expansion of the CMS Program thru the leasing of geographic territories to qualified franchise applicants.
